Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and design plans.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with site workers and subcontractors to maximize productivity and team morale.
- Implement and enforce strict site safety protocols and quality control measures to minimize risks and errors.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within the allocated budget.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management review.
- Troubleshoot on-site operational challenges and provide immediate, effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly managed, maintained, and accounted for on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
