Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and clients to manage expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager in the technology/engineering sector (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
