The ideal candidate demonstrates a track record of delivering PMO initiatives in large, matrixed environments, preferably within retail or consumer electronics, while upholding Erajaya's values and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the PMO for Talent Pool initiatives, overseeing project governance, portfolio management, and program delivery.
  • Define and implement PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and dashboards to track progress and benefits realization.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to scope initiatives, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Drive internal mobility, succession planning, and talent lifecycle programs across the organization.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, vendor relationships, and interdepartmental communications; resolve conflicts and escalate risks.
  • Develop executive reporting and dashboards; provide data-driven insights on project health, capacity, and risk.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, regulatory compliance, and IT/security requirements; manage change management and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization, risk management, and lessons learned.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in talent management, internal mobility, and succession planning; familiarity with HR systems and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet), data visualization, and reporting.
