As a Project Manager, you will be the key liaison between departments, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects in the adhesive manufacturing sector, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain to achieve project milestones.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies to proactively address challenges.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and generate regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing environment.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project phases, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding IDR 5 billion and cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira) and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
