Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate crossâfunctional meetings, ensuring clear communication between engineering, software, hardware, and operations teams.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes for autonomous vehicle systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) and productivity suites.
- Analytical mindset with strong problemâsolving and decisionâmaking capabilities.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner is a plus.
