StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Alteration & Addition (A&A) and Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects in Singapore's North Region. This full-time position offers a competitive basic salary up to SGD 8,000 per month, a 5-day work week, and a stable pipeline of government and private sector projects. You will manage projects from inception through handover, coordinating design, engineering, procurement, and on-site execution to deliver spaces that meet client expectations, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
In this role you will partner with clients, consultants, and internal teams to translate concept designs into implementable plans, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results. You will drive quality assurance, safety compliance, and rigorous risk management while maintaining strong stakeholder communications and transparent reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of A&A and commercial interior fit-out projects, from initiation through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives and design intent.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet milestones on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive execution and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, applying industry standards and best practices on all sites.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, variations, and risk management, with accurate progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, resolve issues, manage changes, and maintain strong client and internal team relationships.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation, closeout deliverables, and seamless handover to operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in A&A and interior fit-out projects.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and other PM/design tools.
- Knowledge of Singapore building regulations, safety standards, and permit processes.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
