We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Data Center projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ELV systems, including security systems, fire alarms, and communication networks, within data center environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise. Your expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and Visual Basic programming will be essential for integrating cutting-edge technologies into our projects.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor ELV and Data Center projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Implement AWS cloud infrastructure solutions and Visual Basic applications as required
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ELV and Data Center environments
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Experience with Visual Basic programming and application development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry standards for ELV systems and data centers
