Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) and ventilation system projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project financial performance, tracking costs against budgets to ensure project profitability.
- Identify potential technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and project closure dossiers.
- Conduct site inspections to verify mechanical installations and address engineering challenges in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the M&E or environmental engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of ESP systems, HVAC, or industrial air filtration technologies.
- Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&ID, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Singapore as required.
