As a Project Manager (Plant Engineering), you will have the opportunity to influence the design and upgrade of stateâofâtheâart production lines, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to our sustainability goals. This role is based in our Laguna facility, with occasional travel to other sites across the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with corporate engineering standards.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report status to senior management, ensuring onâtime and withinâbudget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to secure materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and SixâSigma tools to optimize plant performance.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders, maintaining accurate records for audit and future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or plant engineering environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex capital projects on schedule and within budget.
- Familiarity with engineering design software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence crossâfunctional teams.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other Jollibee production sites.
