As a Project/Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our technical solutions are implemented seamlessly and maintained to the highest standards. You will provide critical on-site support, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure complete customer satisfaction through your expertise in product installation and performance optimization. This position is perfect for an engineer who thrives on problem-solving, values professional growth, and enjoys a mix of office-based project coordination and field-based service work.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end installation and commissioning of technical systems and control products.
- Provide prompt on-site technical support and troubleshooting assistance to valued customers.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of client equipment.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service logs, and maintenance documentations.
- Train client personnel on the proper operation and basic maintenance of installed systems.
- Escalate critical technical issues to engineering management while providing actionable insights.
- Maintain a high level of technical competency on current and emerging product lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field service, project engineering, or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical or electrical faults efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits within the Metro Manila area and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
