Are you a detail-oriented Civil or Project Engineer looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic construction environment? Lancaster Technology and Development is currently seeking a dedicated Project Site Engineer to join our team on a project basis in Naawan, Misamis Oriental.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and design plans.
- Monitor site safety protocols and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and on-site labor to optimize productivity and workflow.
- Prepare regular progress reports, documenting milestones, challenges, and resource allocation.
- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications to identify and mitigate potential design or construction conflicts.
- Manage material inventory and quality control checks to prevent delays and waste.
- Facilitate communication between the construction site and the head office to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Valid PRC License for Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or project engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic engineering software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site teams.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Naawan, Misamis Oriental.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities under tight deadlines.
