Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate civil and electrical engineering activities on project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and safety briefings to maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies to facilitate clear communication and timely approvals.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, overseeing logistics and inventory control to prevent delays.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Report project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders through clear, concise presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; registered professional engineer (Civil and Electrical) with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in project/site engineering, preferably in infrastructure, building, or industrial projects.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and produce complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine construction codes, safety regulations (OSH), and environmental standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communicator capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and presenting technical information to non‑technical audiences.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Batangas and travel to project locations as required.
