Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring of civil site works to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports for project management review.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure seamless project workflow.
- Assist in the documentation and filing of technical drawings, RFI, and site instructions.
- Perform quantity surveying support, including material takeoff and site measurement verification.
- Actively participate in toolbox meetings and site safety audits to maintain compliance with OSH standards.
- Support the team in troubleshooting site-level technical challenges under the guidance of senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and site construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various site personnel.
- Willingness to work on-site in a challenging construction environment.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical blueprints.
- Highly organized, analytical, and committed to continuous professional development.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
