Responsibilities

  • Shadow senior management to learn daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Provide world-class customer service by greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Participate in staff training sessions and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Handle POS systems, inventory tracking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
  • Support the team in resolving guest feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or higher in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
