Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Support troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.
- Participate in daily engineering operations, including monitoring equipment performance and reporting anomalies.
- Help prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment under supervision.
- Continuously update knowledge of mechanical systems and best practices through training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical principles and systems.
- Basic understanding of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in mechanical engineering is a plus.
