As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will design and execute evaluation frameworks, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and produce evidence‑based recommendations. Your work will directly inform decision‑makers and improve the effectiveness of anti‑scam interventions. You will also deliver trauma‑informed training to frontline staff, ensuring that support is both compassionate and evidence‑driven.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for scam prevention programmes, including logic models and measurement plans.
- Conduct comprehensive data collection, management, and statistical analyses using tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
- Prepare detailed research reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide psychological support and crisis intervention to individuals affected by scams, ensuring trauma‑informed care.
- Develop and deliver training modules on trauma‑informed practice for community partners and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate psychological insights into programme improvements.
- Monitor programme outcomes and recommend adjustments based on ongoing evaluation findings.
- Stay current with best practices in forensic psychology, victimology, and programme evaluation methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic preferred) from an accredited institution.
- Full registration as a Psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum 3 years of applied experience in programme evaluation, data analysis, or research reporting within a government or social service context.
- Proven ability to conduct advanced statistical analyses (e.g., regression, ANOVA, thematic analysis).
- Experience in trauma‑informed care training and support delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
