Responsibilities
- Assist the purchasing team in the daily procurement of raw materials and operational supplies.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to request quotations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor databases.
- Perform market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Support the inventory management process by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- Participate in vendor performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Assist in preparing administrative reports and documentation for department audits.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
