Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM) in accordance with GMP standards and company policies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels using the QAD system to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Evaluate and track supplier performance, including quality, delivery reliability, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality assurance, warehouse) to align procurement plans with operational needs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternative suppliers or materials without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records for audits and regulatory purposes.
- Stay updated on market trends, raw material availability, and regulatory changes affecting pharmaceutical procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) and registered as a pharmacist (Apoteker).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to build long-term supplier relationships.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD or similar inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for supplier communication and documentation.
