Responsibilities
- Conduct routine product inspections and quality tests according to SOPs.
- Plan and execute internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify nonâconformances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor key quality metrics and prepare trend analyses for management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
- Support training of production staff on quality awareness and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, or other relevant quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques, testing methods, and statistical process control.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problemâsolving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and qualityârelated software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
- Willingness to work on shift basis if required.
