In this role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every fresh and frozen item reaching our customers meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
As a QA Fresh member, you will play a critical role in our warehouse and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for meticulous inspection, temperature monitoring, and inventory health, ensuring that our 'fresh' promise is fulfilled every single day. Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic quality inspections on all incoming and outgoing fresh and frozen products.
- Monitor and record storage temperatures regularly to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
- Manage the identification and segregation of 'bad stock' or expired items to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper handling and rotation of fresh goods (FIFO/FEFO).
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital logs for all quality control checks.
- Prepare comprehensive daily quality reports for management to track trends and identify potential issues.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary storage facility according to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Quality Control, Food Science, Warehouse Operations, or a similar logistics role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and cold-chain management.
- Proficient in using basic digital tools for reporting and documentation.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Able to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Physical stamina to perform inspections within warehouse environments, including cold storage areas.
