As the QA Manager, you will oversee our internal quality management systems, lead process audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production and operations teams to identify quality bottlenecks, root-cause production issues, and foster a culture of 'Quality First' across the manufacturing floor. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) aligned with manufacturing standards.
- Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, resolve non-conformances, and drive corrective actions.
- Supervise and mentor the quality control team to ensure high performance and consistency in inspections.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defect rates.
- Conduct regular quality review meetings and report performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain documentation of all QA processes, test results, and compliance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
