Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily quality assurance operations on the production floor to ensure product specifications are met.
- Develop and implement robust inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA technicians, providing training on inspection techniques and safety standards.
- Analyze production defect data to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the production department to optimize workflows and reduce scrap rates without compromising speed.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and reports for management review and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with all internal quality management systems and industrial safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment (printing industry experience is a significant plus).
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work on-site in Serang, Banten.
