G-Concept Construction Pte. Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated QS CUM DRAFTER to join our dynamic team in Woodlands South. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation of tender submissions and the accurate processing of monthly progress claims, while also producing detailed CAD drawings that support our construction projects.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that cost estimates, quantities, and drawings are aligned with client specifications and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting quantity take‑offs, compiling cost data, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
- Compile and submit monthly progress claims, liaising with project managers to verify quantities and values.
- Produce detailed CAD drawings (e.g., floor plans, sections, and elevations) for various construction stages.
- Perform quantity take‑offs and cost estimations for multiple trades using industry‑standard software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company quality standards.
- Monitor project costs and provide variation analysis as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and drafting roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, contract terms, and tender procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Singapore residency or a valid work pass is preferred.
