Sunny & Scramble is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Malanday, Rizal. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and tests to verify compliance with SOPs and government regulations.
- Document observations, test results, and deviations accurately in quality records.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare for external regulatory inspections.
- Maintain calibration schedules for testing equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Train junior staff on quality standards, documentation practices, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, or other relevant quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicable government regulations and local compliance requirements.
