Responsibilities
- Conduct routine physicochemical and microbiological tests on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare and calibrate laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers) following SOPs.
- Document test results accurately in LIMS and generate reports for production and QA teams.
- Investigate out‑of‑specification (OOS) results and assist in root‑cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, ISO, and local regulatory requirements during all testing activities.
- Participate in internal audits, readiness checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Basic knowledge of analytical techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, and microbiology.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and good documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures precisely.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts and adapt to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
