We are currently seeking a skilled Quality Control & Pattern Maker to join our growing apparel production facility located in the heart of Jimbaran, Bali. In this dual-function role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of production while ensuring that every design is translated into perfect, wearable patterns.
As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle from the initial pattern drafting stage to final garment inspection. Responsibilities
- Draft, grade, and refine garment patterns to ensure accurate fit and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections at various stages of production, from raw material to finished product.
- Identify and resolve sewing or construction issues promptly to minimize defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all garments meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Monitor production output to maintain consistent quality standards across all orders.
- Maintain organized records of pattern adjustments and quality control reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Pattern Maker or Quality Controller in a garment manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, fabric properties, and garment assembly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in pattern drafting and manual grading skills.
- Ability to work full-time at our Jimbaran, Bali production facility.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
