Kurnia Elok is a leading manufacturing firm dedicated to delivering excellence and high-standard products to our clients. We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our professional team at our Pulo Gadung facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational integrity, ensuring every product meets rigorous quality standards before reaching the market.
As our Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, implementing quality management systems, and conducting thorough inspections. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and possesses a sharp eye for technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect production lines to ensure adherence to established quality protocols and safety regulations.
- Conduct systematic testing and analysis of raw materials and finished goods using technical instrumentation.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or production defects immediately to the production supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain detailed quality control logs and generate regular reports for management review.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal company quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though prior experience in quality control or manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in the Kawasan Industri Pulogadung area.
