We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to lead and oversee daily quality control operations for bulk, in-process, and finished products. This role is critical to ensuring that every product meets our stringent internal specifications and industry standards before reaching our customers.
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will work closely with production teams to implement robust quality assurance processes, identify areas for improvement, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily quality control activities for raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with internal specifications and quality standards.
- Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality-related problems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of quality data, test results, and inspection reports.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and regulatory requirements in the workplace.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and inspection techniques.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments, testing equipment, and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Experience with bulk materials, in-process checks, and finished product testing is highly preferred.
