Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to track performance metrics and generate actionable reports.
- Manage documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all facility operations comply with local safety and quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or facility management role.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
