Responsibilities

  • Gently greet every customer and provide detailed information about the menu offerings.
  • Prepare high-quality food and beverages strictly following brand recipes and hygiene protocols.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and digital transactions with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen workstations, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist the manager in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
  • Ensure every order is prepared quickly without compromising on presentation or quality standards.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; college units are a plus.
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
