Responsibilities
- Gently greet every customer and provide detailed information about the menu offerings.
- Prepare high-quality food and beverages strictly following brand recipes and hygiene protocols.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and digital transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen workstations, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist the manager in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Ensure every order is prepared quickly without compromising on presentation or quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; college units are a plus.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food safety and order accuracy.
- Proactive team player with a positive work ethic and the ability to handle pressure.
- Good personal grooming habits and professional appearance.
