Responsibilities
- Execute efficient setup and breakdown of banquet functions according to event orders.
- Provide prompt and professional room service delivery, ensuring order accuracy and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B service areas and storage rooms.
- Assist in the preparation of service stations and ensure all necessary equipment is available.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order completion.
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Monitor and replenish service supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols set by the establishment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or high-end F&B establishment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and setting up service equipment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse guests.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional grooming standards.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of food safety and service etiquette.
