As an R&D Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between initial product design and market-ready solutions. Your work will directly influence our product quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative formulas and production processes for new product development and existing product improvement.
- Plan and execute laboratory trials, monitoring progress from initial development to final validation.
- Analyze experimental data to ensure product efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and raw material specifications.
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs to prepare and submit all necessary registration documents for product compliance.
- Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies to ensure long-term product viability.
- Collaborate with production teams to scale up successful laboratory formulas into mass production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Research & Development or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and laboratory best practices.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to prepare detailed registration and validation reports.
- Proficient in data analysis software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex production or formulation challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining strict quality standards and safety regulations.
