In this pivotal role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our R&D department, ensuring the seamless execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and outsourced development projects.
You will bridge the gap between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring that technical milestones are met, communication flows efficiently, and project documentation remains rigorous. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of NPI projects from conception to production hand-off.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external development partners to ensure alignment with Mindteck’s quality standards.
- Maintain project schedules, tracking key deliverables and proactively mitigating risks.
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings, documenting action items and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with R&D documentation protocols and internal reporting standards.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to prevent scope creep.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management to ensure visibility on project health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within an R&D or Manufacturing environment.
- Proven understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) workflows and product development lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or Asana).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, agile environment.
