Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D team in tracking and updating project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional departments including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
- Support the documentation of technical specifications and R&D test results.
- Participate in design review meetings and assist in capturing action items and project notes.
- Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and progress reports for management.
- Support prototype testing and data collection activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis on new technologies as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management and engineering operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or AutoCAD) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.
