Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support for R&D laboratory operations and experimental setups.
- Conduct routine testing, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing material development projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate R&D prototypes into scalable manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in the laboratory.
- Assist in the procurement and calibration of specialized technical instruments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in both laboratory and production environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to articulate complex technical data clearly.
