Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk, handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with excellent communication skills.
- Coordinate with various Flex properties to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational consistency.
- Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs across multiple properties using property management software.
- Provide administrative support to the hospitality management team, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant and guest requests, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front desk and common areas.
- Assist in organizing community events and networking activities to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software (PMS).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- A high school diploma is required; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
