Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the daily front desk operations and coordinate spa appointments efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting lounge.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotional offers.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of spa products and supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a spa/hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with booking systems and MS Office.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Basic knowledge of beauty treatments and spa products is highly desirable.
- Reliability and the ability to work full-time hours.
