Responsibilities
- Conduct live, one-on-one English lessons to students of varying age groups via 51Talk’s online platform
- Follow provided lesson plans and teaching materials to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs
- Maintain a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and periodic performance evaluations
- Manage class schedules, punctuality, and student attendance records
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal English proficiency with a neutral or neutral-sounding accent
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with video conferencing tools
