Responsibilities
- Assist senior R&D engineers in conducting research experiments and gathering data for various projects
- Support the development and testing of prototypes and new product concepts
- Document research findings, progress reports, and technical specifications accurately
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for product improvement
- Learn and apply quality standards and safety protocols in all R&D activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and objectives
- Conduct literature reviews and market research to support innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related technical field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Juan City, Metro Manila
