Responsibilities

- Prepare project reports, academic papers, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project timelines and research operations.
- Maintain laboratory or research environment safety, documentation, and asset management.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss research progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related disciplines).
- Proven experience in academic research or professional laboratory environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or Stata).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Prior experience with grant writing or academic publishing is considered a distinct advantage.
