Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing research projects, including data collection and analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings.
- Prepare research reports, papers, and presentations for academic and professional audiences.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Manage research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Supervise and guide junior research assistants (for Senior level).
- Contribute to grant writing and project reporting.
- Support administrative tasks related to research projects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with research methods, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, NVivo) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in academic research is preferred.
- For Senior Research Assistant: at least 2-3 years of relevant research experience.
