Responsibilities
- Design and conduct experiments to characterize surface properties and interfaces using advanced analytical techniques.
- Develop and optimize sustainable pre-treatment processes for semiconductor and microelectronic applications.
- Analyze experimental data to derive actionable insights and improve material performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate new technologies into existing frameworks.
- Document findings and contribute to the preparation of technical reports and research publications.
- Maintain and operate specialized laboratory equipment and cleanroom facilities.
Qualifications
- A relevant Master’s or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong background in surface science, thin film technology, or pre-treatment processes.
- Proven experience with surface characterization tools such as SEM, AFM, XPS, or FTIR.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in experimental design.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant industry or research experience in the semiconductor or microelectronics sector is highly desirable.
