Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and experimental validate AI‑driven robotic and autonomous systems.

  • Present findings at international workshops, seminars, and industry forums.
  • Supervise and mentor graduate and undergraduate students involved in project work.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a closely related field.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier venues (e.g., IEEE T-RO, RSS, ICRA, IROS, NeurIPS, CVPR).
  • Hands‑on experience with robotic platforms (ROS, ROS2) and simulation tools (Gazebo, MuJoCo, V-REP).
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Solid background in control theory, optimal control, and system identification.
  • Excellent programming skills in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience with grant writing and project management is a plus.
