Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and oversee advanced bioengineering research projects with a focus on core academic goals.
- Develop innovative methodologies for tissue engineering, biomaterials, or biomedical instrumentation.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and interpretation to drive research conclusions.
- Prepare and submit high-quality manuscripts for publication in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate across institutional boundaries with multidisciplinary partners in clinical and engineering departments.
- Mentor graduate students and research assistants to ensure laboratory excellence and safety.
- Present research findings at international scientific forums and industry conferences.
- Assist in grant proposal writing and project management duties as required by the Principal Investigator.
Qualifications
- PhD in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record of research publications in high-impact international journals.
- Strong technical expertise in laboratory techniques related to bioengineering and experimental design.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, R, or LabVIEW).
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with grant applications or lab management is considered a strong advantage.
