Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest databases and reservation logs to ensure zero booking errors.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure special guest requests and room requirements are met.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to guest inquiries regarding rates, availability, and property amenities.
  • Monitor and update availability calendars across various booking channels to maximize occupancy.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and guest feedback with a resolution-oriented mindset.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily arrival reports and provide handover notes for the front-of-house team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservation, front office, or administrative role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesian.
