Responsibilities

  • Manage all guest inquiries and booking requests via telephone, email, and various online booking platforms.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Provide detailed information regarding room types, rates, amenities, and resort policies to potential guests.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure guest special requests are fulfilled.
  • Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of resort services and special packages.
  • Maintain high standards of data entry for guest profiles and booking records.
  • Handle deposit processing and billing inquiries with precision and confidentiality.
  • Monitor daily arrival reports to ensure all booking details are verified before guest check-in.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in a reservation or front-office role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in hospitality software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Minimum vocational diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality guest experiences.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
