Locca Sea House, a premier beachfront destination in the heart of Bali, is looking for a professional and guest-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our growing hospitality team. As a Reservation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for guests looking to experience the luxury and beauty of our resort. You will play a crucial role in managing bookings, providing detailed information about our services, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to arrival. Responsibilities
- Manage all guest inquiries and booking requests via telephone, email, and various online booking platforms.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide detailed information regarding room types, rates, amenities, and resort policies to potential guests.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure guest special requests are fulfilled.
- Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of resort services and special packages.
- Maintain high standards of data entry for guest profiles and booking records.
- Handle deposit processing and billing inquiries with precision and confidentiality.
- Monitor daily arrival reports to ensure all booking details are verified before guest check-in.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in a reservation or front-office role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in hospitality software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Minimum vocational diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality guest experiences.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
