As a Residence Officer, you will assist the Residence Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property. You will be the face of the residence, providing warm and efficient concierge services, managing front desk activities, and ensuring that residents' needs are met promptly and professionally. Key duties include handling resident requests, coordinating with various departments for maintenance and housekeeping, managing visitor access, and maintaining security protocols. You will also handle feedback, assist with administrative tasks, and support property events.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Residence Manager in daily operations and management of the property.
- Provide exceptional concierge services to residents, including handling requests and inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and visitor management.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure living environment.
- Handle resident feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support resident events and activities to foster community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on daily operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, front office, or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality or property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage.
