Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash and electronic payments using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and replenishing supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; hospitality or F&B certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a waiter, crew member, or in customer service is preferred but not required.
