Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area at all times.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a service-oriented mindset.
- Perform opening and closing duties as per the shift checklist.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a neat and professional appearance.
- Energetic personality with the ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Japanese speaking skills are considered a strong plus.
