What youâll do:
- Oversee all frontâofâhouse activities, from guest reception to final checkâout, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Develop and execute training programs to elevate staff skills, product knowledge, and service etiquette.
- Manage inventory, control food and beverage costs, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular audits.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing staff, budgets, and inventory in a highâvolume setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
